The Story behind...
It all began in the eighties...
...when France Petrovitch and Eva Robinson created
France Haneva - a line based on a silk T-shirt.
The
collection was cool, unstructured, and experimented with a large range of
colours in fabrics such as crêpe de Chine, satin, suede and cashmere. All
the pieces were closed with either zips or poppers.
France Haneva was a success in both the French and International
markets...
... however the evolution of fashion combined with a desire to extend
their potential lead the two designers towards knitwear and finally the
creation of Petrovitch
& Robinson – a more formal and
structured line.

The loss of France Petrovitch in 2008 hasn’t altered the approach to the top of the range,
prêt-à-porter collections that characterise
Petrovitch
& Robinson.
Eva continues to work on the timeless yet edgy style of the
collections...
...focusing on sharp cuts and choosing fabrics with due care and
attention, whilst ensuring a daywear feeling to the line.
The result is
feminine yet clean-cut dresses that attract both French and International
buyers.
All the collections are designed and created in their Parisian
studio and
beautifully manufactured in France.
